Scope of works: This was another new build project of which we completed the installation of strip foundations, installation of ground bearing concrete slabs, brick and block work to damp proof course, and installation of all drainage. We also installed the scaffold base.

Delivery target: This project was completed in the agreed period of 2 weeks, by our 5 skilled labours.

Key challenges: Due to the tight site the removal of the spoil was tough, but we undertook this during working hours to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding residents. deliveries were sent to site before and after school runs.
